Our team provides one-on-one case management to help each individual or family develop a personalized path to stability. We connect clients with healthcare, mental health services, financial assistance, legal support, and more—walking with them every step of the way.
 

🏠 Housing Navigation

We guide clients through the complex housing system, offering support with applications, referrals, and communication with landlords. Whether they’re seeking temporary shelter or long-term housing, we help them navigate options and secure a safe place to call home.

🧠 Life Skills & Empowerment Coaching

Our coaching services empower clients with everyday skills that build confidence and independence. From budgeting and meal prep to job readiness, parenting tools, and communication skills, we equip individuals and families for long-term success.

💬 Therapy & Mental Health Support

Harmony Havens will offer licensed therapy services rooted in compassion and trauma-informed care. Clients will have access to individual and family counseling to support healing from past trauma, grief, and emotional instability.

🌿 Wellness & Growth Workshops

We provide group-based workshops focused on emotional wellness, stress management, self-esteem, and goal setting. These sessions are designed to promote community connection, spiritual healing, and personal growth.
